Hi I’m Sherry — a wellness-focused creator, lifelong learner, and natural home-remedy maker who is passionate about supporting self-healing and physical mental well-being. The pain oil adventure began in 2023 after an unwelcomed, debilitating heel pain became a part of my daily routine. I yearned to find relief on my own. I did not want to rely on medications, or constant absorption of chemicals from over the counter products. As both a teacher and an everyday wellness educator, I believe in simple, clean ingredients with the powerful relief they offer when used with purpose. From my home workspace, I handcraft small-batch, high-quality products designed to comfort the body, calm tension, and encourage natural healing. All of the products I create come from a place of care, curiosity, and self experience. With these products, I strive to help others feel supported, nurtured, and empowered on their own wellness journey.
